  1. First, contact us to discuss your needs and receive a firm price quote.


  2. Complete and sign a Service Agreement form. (This form is not available by download since pricing is custom quoted-the form will be prepared and sent to you). Upon receipt of the signed Service Agreement form, we will begin your project. Payment is due in full with submission with the Service Agreement and is nonrefundable. Payment is required for all services before work commences.


  3. Next, we begin gathering data. Our process includes a comprehensive consultation (via telephone) to gather information and materials regarding your education, skills, areas of expertise, talents, honors, recognition, awards, certifications, professional development, career achievements and accomplishments.


  4. Next, your customized career document(s) are developed. Your document draft will be prepared and sent to you for review, proofreading and approval. You will have ample opportunity to make revisions to your draft before we finalize the document(s). Typical turnaround time for the first draft averages 3 to 5 business days. However, express service is available. All documents are prepared using MS Word.


  5. Once you are completely satisfied with the document(s), the final version will be sent to you via fax, e-mail or regular mail.
